Returns

You have 14 days from the day you received the parcel to change your mind. This applies to distance purchases.

The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and with its tag. The bag must be unused, in its packaging.

Write to us from the Contact page with the order number and the piece you want to return. We send you the return address.

You pay the return postage, unless we sent the wrong size or a faulty piece. In that case we cover it.

The refund uses the same method you paid with, after we receive and check the parcel. It takes about 7 days after the check.
